The Intersection kitchen, designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Molteni&C, represents the essence of monolithic design, creating a unique, sculptural and architectural object. The surfaces intersect, creating plays of light and shadow, with solid-thickness worktops and customizable sections that can have thin profiles or be chiseled like sculptures.
The doors of the base units are designed to open effortlessly, ensuring maximum functionality. The natural stone slabs are worked with high-precision mechanical processes to lighten the panels, which are then applied to aluminum honeycomb structures, ensuring lightness, stability and mechanical resistance. This allows for the creation of doors integrated with the side panels of the island, bringing the unique materiality of natural stone into our homes in a spectacular way.
The doors are available in the following finishes: matt/gloss lacquer, special metallic lacquer, glossy polyester lacquer, metals, woods and natural stones.
The top is available in the following finishes: laminate, fenix, silestone quartzite, dekton quartzite, materia, ceramic, natural stones and metals.
