Embryo Chair is Cappellini's sofa designed by Marc Newson. An innovative and revolutionary piece of furniture, thought and realized by the Australian designer for the first time in 1988, such as a prototype to totally twist the idea of a seat. Embryo is realized starting from a solid chromed stainless steel base, with three feet which sustain a plastic frame, wrapped by a soft padding made of polyurethane foam. The whole frame is coated in a special fabric, the Bielastico, available in five colours, which ensures a special tactile experience.
