Alcove Sofa is an extremely versatile sofa born from the "room in a room" concept, pursued over many years from Vitra in collaboration with the designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. The various Alcove sofas were developed for open-plan offices, where they are able to offer private spaces in busy or hectic surroundings. The two-seater sofa, here offered, is made of a soft "lounge upholstery" ideal for relaxed sitting. With a removable fabric cover, the sofa is provided with two back cushions and a set composed by two armrest cushions and two small back ones. The structural frame is in tubular steel available in chromed or powder-coated finishes (red japanese, deep black, dark grey, soft light or mint).
