Lifesteel is Antonio Citterio 2 seater sofa designed for Flexform. A design piece with a nearly austere and essential style, made thinking to versatility and modularity. Lifesteel has been projected to offer a comfortable and relaxed seat, perfect to enjoy free time and to rest after a hard working day. The thin and spindy metal feet, available in several chromed, burnished or frosted finishes, sustain a rawhide coated metal base, in one of the 13 colours offered by the Flexfomr catalogue. The very low backrest and the squared, wide and extra padded armrests, are the very main feature of Lifesteel, drawing a real frame for the seat. To compensate the backrest low height, particular cushions has been made, equipped with a beck roll which avoid them slipping down. Padding is in feathers and polyurethane, whereas both leather and fabric covers are available.
