Barcelona is an armchair that represents the history of modern design, designed by Mies Van Der Rohe for Knoll in 1929. Stainless steel frame mirror-treated. 17 elastic straps and covered in leather and foam cushion with polyurethane coating of leather cut and sewn by hand. 40 panels for the seat cut and sewn by hand, with quilting buttons. The boxes come from the same cut of the leather. The Barcelona chair is a perfect design and strong visual statement. It has become the ultimate and timeless image of elegance and comfort. A careful study of the potential for even softer upholstery and a new collection of "full grain" leathers, softer to the touch and capable of ageing gracefully have contributed to give a greater residential fell to what remains the undisputed "monument" of the international history of design.Available in different leather uphlostery types: VOLO, AQUA and SABRINA.
