The Globe is the pendant lamp designed by Joe Colombo for Oluce in 1964. A timeless object, which diffuses an almost surreal soft light in the space. A lamp that distorts the common canons of design, proposing the lamp body, made of metal and available in nickel or gold satin, inserted inside the diffuser and incorporated by it. In this way a lamp is obtained which has a light beam dampened by the glass sphere, which absorbs and diffuses it at the same time. Globe supports, depending on the lamp version, a 40W E14 bulb or a 60W E27 one, not included. The lamp is available in 2 sizes.
