Knotted is Cappellini's armchair designed by Marcel Wanders. An armchair characterized by an unique and fascinating design, that takes its name from the particular technique in which it is made. Armchair's frame is made of a very particular rope, composed by carbon fiber coated with aramid fiber, a material very similar to Kevlar, that has been knotted to create that particular shape. To ensure the knot resistance the whole Knotted armchair is covered with an epoxy resin.
