Shade is Lema's table design by Francesco Rota. Table is rectangular and wide, a big piece of furniture, that well acts as freestanding. Table has as base two structures of bronze varnished metal, made of fine metal rods, folded to create an irregular cross. Table's name takes origin from the play of shade and lights coming out from the several slots between the rods, which gains this way a very particular characteristic. Shade's style dues to the contrast between top's essencial and minimal lines, available both in heat treated oak wood and two kinds of clay, and the thick and irregular ones of the basis: a very unique design.
