The Qi kitchen by Scavolini, the result of collaboration with the Japanese studio Nendo, represents an innovative and minimalist interpretation of the kitchen environment. The term "Qi", in Japanese, means both "container" and "wood", concepts that summarize the essence of this project. The heart of the Qi design revolves around two distinctive elements: the white container that acts as a storage element and defines the kitchen space, and the wooden shelf that adds warmth and naturalness to the environment.
The Qi kitchen offers functional solutions such as the perforated sheet metal surface for wall units and sliding elements, both free-standing and suspended. Thanks to the internal lighting and the see-through effect of the "Round" or "Linear" textures, suggestive chromatic plays are created that enrich the overall aesthetics of the kitchen.
