PH 5 is the pendant lamp designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen. Real Louis Poulsen's phylosophy founder father, Henningsen designes this lamp collection, declined in several sizes, shapes, finishes and uses, taking advantage of one single principle: light reflection. The 3 pieces that compose the lampshade are made of spun aluminium and have a double finish: matt on the upper side and frosted white on the lower. This makes the light to be reflected and diffused smoothly downwards, giving a homogeneous illumination, and on sides at the same time, making the lamp self-lighting. To make light even more wrapping and warm, the PH 5 is equipped with a purple glare-free dish made of spun aluminium for the classic white version and a blue one for the orange lamp. For the red and pink one, a green dish is provided, while a red one is supported by the green and blue version. The modern white and grey versions are provided with a pink dish. Bulb not included.
