Dinah is Cappellini's chest of drawers, faithful reproduction of Shiro Kuramata's project of 1970. Same original project, modern material: the new version of the colum chest of drawers Dinah collects the genius and the inspirations of the Japanese designer, who died in 1991, and all the know-how and the attention to research and develop of new materials by Cappellini. A design which resulted innovative in the '70s, so much as to gain Dinah a place into the permanent exposition of New York's Moma, characterizes this thing and high cest of drawers, with 18 drawers that open from both direction. Lines as simple as the materials, but modernly treated. A column made of laser cut metallic sheet composes the main frame, whereas drawers are made of melaminic coated MDF. Dinah is available only in black with white drawers.
